  • Tomatoes (peeled, diced) 1/3 Cup
  • Butter 3 Tablespoons
  • Flour 2 Tablespoons
  • Black Pepper (ground) 1/4 Teaspoons
  • Mustard (powdered) 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1.5 Cup
  • Cheddar Cheese (white, shredded) 1/2 Cup
  • Pork (belly, cubed) 5 Pieces
