Recipe for Italian Dish with Fresh Beans

This classic Italian dish will delight you with its amazing taste and aroma. It uses only fresh ingredients for preparation.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of fresh beans
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh herbs for serving

Preparation

  1. First, prepare the fresh beans: if they are long, cut them into shorter pieces.
  2. In a pot, pour in water and bring to a boil; then add the beans and cook for about 5-7 minutes until soft.
  3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet. Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden.
  4. Once the beans are ready, drain them in a colander to remove excess water, and add to the skillet with sautéed garlic.
  5. Mix well, season with salt and pepper to taste, and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
