  • Spinach 560 Grams
  • Onion 1 Piece
  • Garlic 2 Cloves
  • Ginger 1 Piece
  • Coriander 1 Teaspoon
  • Cumin 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Curry Powder 1 Teaspoon
  • Tomato Paste 2 Teaspoons
  • Oil 3 Tablespoons
  • Salt (to taste) 1 Pinch

saag_shpinat-4886.jpgHeat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground cumin. Sauté for a short time and add curry.
saag_shpinat-4887.jpgAdd the onion and garlic mixture and sauté until translucent. Add the spinach and mix well with the other ingredients. Stir in the tomato paste, coriander, and a little salt. Mix well and cover. Cook for 10 minutes. Add a little water if necessary.
