nohat_shorak-4891.jpgSoak the dry chickpeas in water for 4 hours. After they absorb the water, rinse them and transfer to a pot.
nohat_shorak-4892.jpgPlace pieces of meat on top of the chickpeas. Add salt, cumin, and black pepper, then pour in water. Bring to a boil, skimming off the foam. Close the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
nohat_shorak-4893.jpgPrepare a simple salad. Slice the onion and tomatoes into half rings. Add cayenne pepper, salt, and mix thoroughly. After 30 minutes, remove the meat, cut it into small pieces, and serve with chickpeas and the salad. Enjoy your meal!
