- Salmon fillet - 910 grams
- Vegetable oil - 120 milliliters
- Lemon juice - 120 milliliters
- Green onions - 5 pieces
- Parsley - 10 grams
- Rosemary - 8 grams
- Salt, pepper - 3 grams (to taste)
Preparation
- Marinate the salmon fillet in a mixture of vegetable oil and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
