  • Garlic 3 Cloves
  • Carrot 1 Piece
  • Tomatoes 4 Pieces

kurinie_serdechki-56399.jpgPrepare all necessary ingredients: clean and rinse the vegetables, thoroughly wash the chicken hearts under running water and cut them in half.

kurinie_serdechki-56401.jpgGrate the carrot on a coarse grater, mince the garlic using a press or finely chop it, and slice the onion into half-rings. Place all these ingredients in another pan with heated oil and sauté for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
