Chicken Cutlets: Step-by-Step Recipe

Chicken cutlets are a popular dish in Russian cuisine, usually served as a main course. They are easy to prepare and make an excellent option for a family dinner.

Ingredients for Cutlets:

  • 500 g of chicken fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Grind the chicken fillet in a meat grinder or blender.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic, add them to the meat.
  3. Crack in the egg, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Form small cutlets from the minced meat.
  5. Dip each cutlet in breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve hot with a side dish or salad.
