Chicken Cutlets: Step-by-Step Recipe
Chicken cutlets are a popular dish in Russian cuisine, usually served as a main course. They are easy to prepare and make an excellent option for a family dinner.
Ingredients for Cutlets:
- 500 g of chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
- Grind the chicken fillet in a meat grinder or blender.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, add them to the meat.
- Crack in the egg, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Form small cutlets from the minced meat.
- Dip each cutlet in breadcrumbs.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with a side dish or salad.
