Bucatini with Red Pepper Sauce

  • Bucatini (tubular pasta) 450 grams
  • Sweet red pepper 340 grams
  • Garlic 10 grams
  • Onion 50 grams
  • Chili pepper 7 grams
  • Olive oil 50 grams
  • Salt 7 grams
  • Basil 10 grams
  • Pecorino cheese 60 grams
