Lamb in Arabic Style

  • Lamb meat 1.5 Kilograms
  • Dried plums 200 Grams
  • Strong hot tea 300 Milliliters
  • Onion 1 Piece
  • Bunch of parsley 1 Bunch
  • Bunch of cilantro 1 Bunch
  • Meat seasonings 1 Teaspoon
  • Ground ginger 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Ground cinnamon 0.5 Teaspoons
baranina_v_arabskom_stile-3199.jpgThoroughly rinse the dried apricots, place them in a bowl and pour hot tea over them. Let steep for 60 minutes. Rinse the lamb and cut it into pieces about 3-4 cm thick. Peel and slice the onion into half rings. Rinse the greens and chop them finely.
