  • Масло сливочное 55 Грамм
  • Мука 60 Грамм
  • Сыр Пармезан 30 Грамм
  • Мускатный орех 1 Щепотка
  • Соль 1 Штука
NoneHeat the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then remove from the heat.
NoneCarefully sift the flour into the saucepan.
NoneStir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
NoneSlowly add the milk.
NoneReturn to the heat and, stirring with a wooden spoon, bring to a boil until the sauce thickens.
NoneTurn off the heat, add salt, cheese, and nutmeg. Mix well. The sauce is ready to serve.
