Recipe for Viennese Dough

Ingredients
- Flour - 500 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Yeast - 25 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Butter - 100 g
Instructions
- In a small container, mix warm milk and yeast, let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add eggs and the dissolved yeast to the flour, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate melted butter while continuing to knead the dough.
- Knead the dough until elastic and leave it in a warm place for 1-2 hours to rise.
- After that, shape into desired products and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
