Cheesecake with Cottage Cheese and Cream Filling
This amazing cheesecake combines the delicate taste of cottage cheese and the lightness of cream, making it perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 350 g cottage cheese
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 tsp vanillin
- pinch of salt
- optional, fruits for decoration
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the cottage cheese and cream, mixing well.
- Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, vanillin, and salt) with the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into a prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the cake cool, then cut it into two layers.
- Prepare the cream by whipping the remaining cream with sugar to stiff peaks.
- Assemble the cake, layering the cake layers with cream. Decorate as desired.
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
