Cheesecake with Cottage Cheese and Cream Filling

This amazing cheesecake combines the delicate taste of cottage cheese and the lightness of cream, making it perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 350 g cottage cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanillin
  • pinch of salt
  • optional, fruits for decoration

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the cottage cheese and cream, mixing well.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, vanillin, and salt) with the wet mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into a prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool, then cut it into two layers.
  7. Prepare the cream by whipping the remaining cream with sugar to stiff peaks.
  8. Assemble the cake, layering the cake layers with cream. Decorate as desired.
  9. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
