tushenie_rebrishki_s_sousom_bigareid-1286.JPGIngredients: 2 kg of beef (with ribs), curry, 2 tomatoes (chopped), 1/2 onion (chopped), 6 cloves of garlic (finely chopped), 1 small piece of ginger (finely chopped), 6 strips of bacon, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup of honey, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour over the remaining liquid ingredients and sprinkle with the remaining dry ones. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 4-5 hours. After that, remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes.
