In a food processor, grind all the spices and coriander seeds into a powder. | |
Add all remaining ingredients except for the paste. | |
Mix the curry into the blend. | |
Ingredients: 2 kg of beef (with ribs), curry, 2 tomatoes (chopped), 1/2 onion (chopped), 6 cloves of garlic (finely chopped), 1 small piece of ginger (finely chopped), 6 strips of bacon, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup of honey, salt and pepper to taste. | |
Season the ribs with salt and pepper. Lay the bacon on the bottom of the pan. | |
Place the ribs on top. Mix honey with water until there's enough to cover 1/4 of the pan. Pour over the remaining liquid ingredients and sprinkle with the remaining dry ones. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 4-5 hours. After that, remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes. | |
Serve with Bigarade sauce. |
