  • Cod (salted) 500 Grams
  • Potatoes (large) 2 Pieces
  • Onion 1 Piece
  • Garlic 3 Cloves
  • Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Cream (9% fat) 200 Milliliters
  • Milk 250 Milliliters
  • Bay leaf 1 Piece
  • Thyme sprig 1 Piece
  • Pepper (to taste) 1 Piece
  • Butter (for serving) 1 Piece

treska_po-marselski-2733.jpgOn the next day, combine 1 cup of water and milk in a saucepan, then add the cod. Introduce thyme and bay leaf, bring to a boil, and immediately remove from heat.
treska_po-marselski-2734.jpgPeel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and boil in salted water until soft. Drain the water and mash the potatoes, adding cream.
