Start melting the fat in a pot over medium heat. | |
Peel and slice the potatoes into rounds, then add them to the pot. | |
Slice the onions into rings and add them to the potatoes. | |
Prepare the sauce. The dish should be moist, but not like mashed potatoes. | |
Mix all the ingredients together. | |
Add a pinch of pepper and salt. | |
Cover the pot tightly with a lid. Reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes. | |
Cut the beef into cubes and add it to the pot. | |
Mix thoroughly and cook for another 30 minutes on low heat. | |
At the end of cooking, the dish should remain slightly moist. | |
