  • Cauliflower 1 Piece
  • Water 3 Cups
  • Onion 1 Piece
  • Butter 2 Tbsp
  • Flour 1 Tbsp
  • Milk 2 Cups
  • Salt 1 Tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 Pinch
  • Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  • Cilantro 1 Piece
  • Parmesan Cheese (optional) 1 Piece
sup_iz_cvetnoi_kapusti-4660.jpgThoroughly rinse the cauliflower, removing the green leaves and core. Chop the cauliflower and place it in a medium pot, covering it with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 7-10 minutes.
