  • Meat broth 1 Liter
  • Garlic 150 Grams
  • Sweet pepper 100 Grams
  • Pitted olives 50 Grams
  • Dried oregano 1 Pinch
  • Dried thyme 1 Pinch
  • White bread 200 Grams
  • Olive oil 3 Tbsp.
  • Salt, cayenne pepper 1 Piece
sup_chesnochnii-3640.jpgWash the sweet pepper, split it in half, remove the seeds and stems, and cut it into cubes. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin rounds. Cut the olives into rings.
sup_chesnochnii-3641.jpgHeat the olive oil and sauté the prepared vegetables for 2 minutes. Season with dried thyme, salt, and cayenne pepper, stir, then add the hot broth. Bring to a boil and cook covered for 5–7 minutes.
sup_chesnochnii-3642.jpgCut the bread into medium-sized cubes and place them on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the bread cubes in the oven for 5–7 minutes until golden. Season the finished croutons with salt and dried oregano. Serve the soup hot with the croutons on the side.
