  • Canned tomatoes (one large jar or two small ones) 780 grams
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Carrot (small) 1 piece
  • Onion (large) 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Red pepper flakes 1/8 teaspoon
  • Oregano 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil 4-5 pieces
sous_tomatnii-121502.jpg1. Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the onion, stirring occasionally, until it becomes translucent.
