Mushrooms in Sour Cream

Состав / Ингредиенты:

• Champignons 300 Grams
• Onion 150 Grams
• Sour Cream 3 Tbsp
• Vegetable Oil 1 Unit
• Pepper 1 Unit
• Salt 1 Unit

	Ingredients
	Finely chop the onion.
	Slice the mushrooms thinly.
	Sauté the onion in vegetable oil.
	Add the mushrooms to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 15 minutes.
	Pour in the sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
