  • Potatoes (4 medium potatoes) 300 grams
  • Carrots (4 medium carrots) 200 grams
  • Onion (2 medium onions) 100 grams
  • Cheese (hard variety) 150 grams
  • Mayonnaise 250 grams
  • Eggs 4 pieces
  • Herbs (dill or parsley) 50 grams

Then grate the potatoes, carrots, egg whites, yolks, and cheese on a fine grater (separately in bowls or plates). In a salad bowl, place the fish with its oil and thoroughly mash it with a fork, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
