Seaweed Salad

Ingredients:
- 100 g seaweed
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame for serving
Preparation:
- Soak the seaweed in hot water for 10-15 minutes, then drain in a colander.
- Slice the cucumber and carrot into thin strips.
- In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add the prepared seaweed, cucumber, and carrot to the dressing. Mix well.
- If needed, add salt and pepper to taste.
