  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • Sesame 1/2 teaspoons
  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

Seaweed Salad

This simple recipe allows you to enjoy the flavors of Japanese cuisine with a light and nutritious seaweed salad. Perfect for both festive occasions and casual dinners.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g seaweed
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame for serving

Preparation:

  1. Soak the seaweed in hot water for 10-15 minutes, then drain in a colander.
  2. Slice the cucumber and carrot into thin strips.
  3. In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  4. Add the prepared seaweed, cucumber, and carrot to the dressing. Mix well.
  5. If needed, add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the salad topped with sesame seeds.
