Healthy and Nutritious Salad for Your Dinner

This salad is a great option for your table, as it not only satisfies but also benefits your body.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g fresh spinach
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 200 g chicken fillet
  • 1 avocado
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet until cooked and cut it into cubes.
  2. Wash and dry the spinach.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes.
  5. In a large bowl, mix spinach, chicken, tomatoes, avocado, and nuts.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Gently mix and serve.
