Cheese and Strawberry Rolls

• Strawberries 200 Grams
• Cottage cheese 200 Grams
• Sour cream 100 Grams
• Mozzarella cheese 150 Grams

	Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems, cut them in half and set aside. Pass the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, add the sour cream and mix well until smooth.
	Divide the cheese into 8 equal slices. Place each slice on a film greased with vegetable oil, cover with film on top and pour boiling water over it.
	Immediately roll out the warm cheese pieces with a rolling pin, spread the cottage cheese mixture with sour cream on them, and place the strawberry halves on top. Roll into rolls. Chill before serving. Serve as a dessert with white wine or champagne.
