  • Cucumbers 2 Pieces
  • Green apple 1 Piece
  • Lettuce 1 Piece

rozovie_kalmari-3066.jpgPeel the beet and grate it on a coarse grater. Remove the internal chitin membrane from the squid, rinse, and cut into thin rings. Place the beet in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Add the squid rings and cook for a few minutes. Drain in a colander.
