  • Meat broth 0.25 Liters
  • Salt 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil 1/4 Cup
  • Turmeric 1/3 Teaspoons
  • Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  • Bay leaf 2 Pieces
  • Coriander (powder) 1 Teaspoon
  • Chili powder 2 Teaspoons
  • Shallots 6 Pieces

rogan_djosh-1551.jpgFinely chop and sauté the shallots for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Then add the garlic and sauté for a few more minutes. Next, add the cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, bay leaf and cook for another minute. After that, add the spice paste and cook for a couple of minutes. Pour in a little water (about a tablespoon).
