  • Butter 120 Grams
  • Sugar 125 Grams
  • Milk 50 Milliliters
  • Baking powder 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Egg (large) 3 Pieces
  • Apple 700 Grams
  • Semolina 2 Tablespoons
  • Almond flakes 2 Tablespoons

Dip the apple pieces in semolina from the bottom and place them on top of the batter without pressing down. Sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake the pie at 180°C for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out dry. It is recommended to adjust according to your oven.
