Chicken and Vegetable Pie

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 2-3 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 200 g frozen green peas
- 1 cup kefir
- 1 egg
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt, pepper to taste
- oil for frying
Preparation
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and fry in a pan with onion until golden brown.
- Add diced potato and carrot, fry for a few more minutes, then add peas, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix kefir, egg, flour, and baking powder until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour half of the batter into a baking dish, place the chicken and vegetable filling on top, then cover with the remaining batter.
- Bake the pie in a preheated 180-degree oven for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden.
- Let the pie cool and cut into portions.
