  • Tomatoes (mashed into puree) 250 Grams
  • Pizza Dough 1 Piece
  • Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 60 Grams
  • Olive Oil 3-4 Tbsp
  • Salt, Pepper (to taste) 1 Piece
  • Anchovy Fillet 4-5 Pieces
picca_s_anchousami-4600.jpgPreheat the oven to 260 °C. Place the dough on a baking tray, brushing the top with olive oil (1 tbsp). Season with salt and pepper. Spread the puree evenly over the surface of the pizza, leaving the edges untouched.

picca_s_anchousami-4603.jpgSend it to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with cheese, and return to the oven.
