Состав / Ингредиенты:
  • Water (can be adjusted to taste) 5 Liters
  • Carrot 2 Kilograms
  • Sugar (amount can also be adjusted) 1 Cup
  • Kvass yeast 1 Tablespoon
  • Raisins 150 Grams
  • Cloves, cinnamon - To taste
  • Citric acid (optional) - To taste
NoneDissolve sugar and yeast for kvass in water.
NoneGrate the carrots on a coarse grater and add them to the water with sugar and yeast.
NoneLeave the mixture in a cool place for 1-3 days.
NoneStrain the kvass and pour it into bottles.
NonePlace 8-10 raisins in each bottle and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours (preferably overnight).
