Dissolve sugar and yeast for kvass in water. | |
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add them to the water with sugar and yeast. | |
Leave the mixture in a cool place for 1-3 days. | |
Strain the kvass and pour it into bottles. | |
Place 8-10 raisins in each bottle and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours (preferably overnight). |
