Fruit Smoothie with Carrot and Mango

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 cup of water or orange juice
  • Ice to taste
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Preparation:

  2. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes.
  3. In a blender, combine the carrot, mango, and the liquid of your choice—water or juice.
