Lin with Baked Tomatoes and Peppers

  • Tomato 4 Pieces
  • Garlic 2 Cloves
  • Basil branch 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil 5 Tbsp
  • Onion 1 Piece
  • Red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp
  • Sweet red pepper 2 Pieces
  • Spicy red pepper 2 Pieces
  • Lin fillet (about 250 g each) 4 Pieces
  • Arugula 50 Grams
  • Salt, freshly ground black pepper (to taste) 1 Piece

Then place the fruits on a baking tray, generously drizzled with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Put them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Don't forget to gently turn the vegetables once during cooking.
