  • Bay Leaf 2 Leaves
  • Cinnamon 1 Stick
  • Chili 3 Pieces
  • Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  • Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  • Masala 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder 2 Tablespoons
  • Chicken Breast 500 Grams
  • Oil (sunflower) 1 Cup
  • Tomatoes (medium, chopped) 2 Pieces
  • Shallot 1 Piece
  • Sugar 1 Teaspoon

kurica_Dopiaza-1531.jpgPrepare a chili powder paste by adding a little water. Preheat the oven to 160C. Finely chop 2-3 onions and squeeze the juice to obtain 1/3 cup.

kurica_Dopiaza-1533.jpgAdd the chili paste to the fried onions and sauté for a few minutes. Then add garlic and bay leaf, continuing to sauté for a few more minutes. Add the remaining green chili, turmeric, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon.
