  • Sugar (unrefined, palm) 1 Tablespoon
  • Oil for frying 1 Piece
  • Salt (to taste) 1 Piece
  • Pepper (to taste) 1 Piece

kurica_Dhansak-1512.jpgFill the kettle with water and place it on the heat. Peel and chop the potato. Cut the onion and peppers into large pieces. Crush 3 cloves of garlic. Mix in the lentils and ginger powder. Add turmeric and tamarind.
