  • Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon

Place the mixture in a deep pan, put it on the heat, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and cook until the volume is reduced by half. After that, remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars, sealing with lids. Store in a dark, cool place.
