Remove the scales from the fresh carp using a knife. | |
Make a cut along the back of the carp. | |
Carefully cut the meat from the spine and ribs. | |
Finely chop the fillet. | |
Remove the bones. | |
Prepare the stuffing using a blender, add: 28 g of fried bacon, a small amount of fish fillet, 1 tablespoon of salted butter, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, chopped fresh parsley, 1 finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup of dry white wine, salt and pepper to taste. | |
Place the fillet on the stuffing, and top with thin slices of lemon. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 °F. | |
While the fish is baking, boil the potatoes. Serve immediately. |
