  • Couscous 250 Grams
  • Coriander 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Turnip (bunch, young) 1 Piece
  • Shallot onion (large) 1 Piece
  • Bay leaf 1 Piece

izrailskie_kus-kus-1585.jpgAdd the couscous and lightly toast it with the onion for 5 minutes. Then add 1 bay leaf, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander, pour in 2 cups of chicken broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
