Crispy Chicken Rolls

• Chicken Breast 2 Pieces
• Salt 1 Piece
• Cheese (slices) 4 Pieces
• Bacon (smoked slices) 4 Pieces
• Egg 1 Piece
• Breadcrumbs 1/2 Cup
• Sesame Oil 1/4 Cup
• Mayonnaise 2 Teaspoons
• Pepper (ground) 1 Piece
• Red Pepper 1/2 Pieces
• Mustard 2 Tablespoons
• Milk 1 Teaspoon
• Flour (potato) 1 Tablespoon

	Cut the chicken breasts into 4 pieces. Pound each piece. Season with salt, pepper, and spread mayonnaise on each piece.
	Place a slice of cheese and a piece of red pepper on each chicken piece.
	On a cutting board, arrange 4 slices of smoked bacon and spread mustard on them.
	Wrap the chicken breasts in bacon. Secure the meat with toothpicks and sprinkle with flour. Dip in a mixture of milk and egg, then coat in breadcrumbs with sesame. Fry in hot oil.
