  • Toasted cumin 6 Tablespoons
  • Dried chili peppers 40 Grams
  • Garlic 10 Cloves
  • Sea salt 3 Tablespoons
  • Olive oil 250 Milliliters
harissa-94785.jpg1. Thoroughly rinse the bell peppers. Roast them in a pan without oil until they soften and develop charred spots.
