Ultra-Soft Chocolate Cake
This chocolate cake has an incredible texture and rich flavor, making it perfect for any celebration!
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the baking pan by greasing it with butter.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, stirring thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Sift the flour and add it to the mixture, gently folding it in.
- Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick—it should come out dry.
- Cool the cake before serving. Optionally, sprinkle with sugar or serve with ice cream.
