  • Apricots 2 Pieces
  • Milk 120 Milliliters
  • Powdered gelatin 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar 4 Teaspoons
  • Vanilla sugar 1 Pinch
glazunya_iz_abrikosov-3823.jpgCombine gelatine with milk in a container and wait for it to swell. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the gelatine completely dissolves. Remove from heat and add 2 tsp of sugar and a little vanilla.
glazunya_iz_abrikusov-3824.jpgPour the jelly onto a flat dish in a layer of 1/2 cm. Let it set, then cut out 4 ovals measuring 8 cm in length and 4 cm in width.
glazunya_iz_abrikusov-3825.jpgCut the apricots in half and remove the pits. Pour a little water into a saucepan, add the remaining sugar and bring to a boil. Lower the heat, add the apricots and cook for 2 minutes. Then place the apricot halves on the milk jelly.
