  • Fresh cucumber 1 Piece
  • Spicy red pepper 1 Piece
  • Onion 1 Piece
  • White wine vinegar 2 Tbsp
  • Tomato juice 500 Milliliters
  • A few drops of Tabasco sauce 1 Piece
  • Salt (to taste) 1 Piece
  • Handful of crushed ice 1 Piece
gaspacho_chiller-2979.jpgCut the pepper in half, remove the seeds with a knife, and rinse under cold running water. Peel the onion. Wash the cucumber well. Cut all the vegetables into large pieces. Place them in a blender. Pour in the vinegar, tomato juice, and a few drops of Tabasco sauce, season with salt. Blend until smooth.
