  • Balsamic vinegar (garnish) 1 Teaspoon
  • Rosemary (sprig) 1 Piece
  • Olive oil 2.5 Tablespoons
  • Olive oil (garnish) 2.5 Tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper (to taste) 1 Piece
  • Vinegar (white wine) 2 Teaspoons
  • Sage (leaves) 5 Pieces
  • Thyme, coriander (to taste) 1 Piece
