  • Vegetable oil (for onion - 1-2 tablespoons, the rest - for tortillas) 1/3 Cup
  • Corn tortillas 12 Pieces
  • Chili pepper (optional) 1-5 Pieces
  • Salt - To taste
  • Ground cumin 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Tomatoes 2 Pieces
  • Chicken broth 1-2 Tablespoons
  • Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  • Onion 1 Piece
  • Grated cheese 350-400 Grams
  • Parsley or cilantro (for decoration) - To taste

enchiladas-91528.jpg2. Blend the chili with spices - salt, cumin, oregano, as well as broth and tomatoes. Make sure to wash the tomatoes and remove the stem beforehand.
