  • Sariyog‘ (200 g - xamir uchun, 200 g - krem uchun) 400 Gram
  • Tuxum 1 Dona
  • Yong‘oq (yoki xohishiga qarab) 200 Gram
  • Shirin qaymoq 400 Millilitr
  • Poppy urug‘i (yoki xohishiga qarab) 4-5 Ovqat qoshiq
  • Pishirish kukuni 1 Choy qoshiq
tort_quotmuraveinikquot-300348.jpgYumshoq sariyog‘ni un bilan (avval 2 stakan) aralashtiring, pishirish kukuni, sut qo‘shing va tuxumni qidayin. Qolgan unni asta-sekin qo‘shing. Xamir yetarlicha qattiq va elastik bo‘lishi kerak. Uni plyonka bilan o‘rab, muzlatgichga 30 daqiqa qo‘ying.
