Vanilla Cake with Whipped Cream

This vanilla cake recipe is perfect for any celebration. Just follow the instructions, and you'll have a delightful cake!

Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200 ml heavy cream for whipping
  • Optional: fruits and berries for decoration

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Gradually add sifted flour and milk while continuing to beat.
  4. Pour the batter into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
  5. Cool the baked layer and cut it into 2-3 layers.
  6. For the cream, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Assemble the cake, alternating layers with cream. Decorate with fresh fruits or berries.
  8. Chill the cake in the refrigerator before serving.
