turinskii_pashtet-308044.jpgCombine sifted flour, salt, butter, and low-fat sour cream to form a solid dough. Shape it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for half an hour.
turinskii_pashtet-308018.jpgPeel the onion and cut it into quarters. Remove the seeds from the pepper. Pass the pork belly, veal, onion, and hot pepper through a meat grinder, adding salt to taste.
