  • Ground meat 225 Grams
  • Dry white wine 60 Milliliters
  • Tomatoes (pureed) 550 Grams
  • Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  • Milk (or cream) 2 Tbsp
  • Salt, pepper 1 Piece
